Communication has been one of our two values for over a decade, and, for the most part, we’ve applied that value in the context of customers we serve. For most of our time in business, since 1995, referrals and repeat business has grown our company year over year. In 2017, with our processes and team members in place for scale, we decided to invest into our external communications so that we can earn the opportunity to work with even more clients on interesting projects.
