Our customers know what they know and know what they don't know

Our best relationships are with customers who are experts in what they know, and understand that we are experts in what we know. Together, we listen, we talk through approaches, and we agree to proceed with a solution. Debate is welcomed and encouraged, as we find it brings about learning opportunities and better solutions. Though we will defer to what you think best, we will make the case for approaches we think are better, and we hope you'll listen as our thoughts are given only to benefit you since it's highly in our interest that you succeed. Plus, you're good people, and we want to see you be successful. We trust your expertise and your approach because you know your business, and we hope the same goes for us.

Like attracts like

We are good, capable people who want to do good work for people who are enjoyable to work with. Simply, good people want to work with good people. “Like attracts like" works in the opposite way too. We've learned that unethical and unfair people don't like working with us, and we don't like working with them either. We usually part ways in under a month because we learn their true nature in that time. As Mr. Lincoln said, "You can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time."

Our customers like action that yields results

If you've been in a meeting that would not end or that was more fluff than substance, we think you'll like working with us. Continuous action that yields positive results is engaging, and it's good for the bottom line as well if things are planned properly. With efficient, consistent communication, custom software systems get done rapidly, mistakes are fixed upstream, the progress is visible, and a better system is produced as a result. We respect your time more than our time, and want every second we work with you to produce an impact.
