How we measure results
Our Customers are Happy:
- They tell us they're happy often.
- They show us by referring us. (Though they ask us to make sure their team remains untouched.)
- They make us work out more because they send us food baskets along with their hand-written notes.
- They grow, and they ask us for help: strategically, tactically, and operationally.
Up and Running is Growing Steadily:
- We have doubled or tripled our software work since 2004.
- We're adding new divisions, growing our development services so we can provide our customers with the services they're looking for.
- We're looking for new developers who are like minded (technically-skilled, no ego, and service-oriented) to join our team.
- We're performing outreach so we can work help even more people.
Our Team is Happy; Besides Having Happy Customers:
- Team members say they like the variety, the exposure to new problems, and working with the latest technologies.
- It's exciting that your work touches thousands or millions of people, for organizations of all sizes.
- We're a company run by developers. This means we understand the realities, we are aware of the issues that affect development, we ask good questions, we help each other grow how each person wants to, and we have a good idea about what makes a developer happy.
- No bureaucracy: it's a flat organization on purpose because we prefer to be programming and adding value to our customers. On paper, we have three levels. In reality, we have none. A new employee can tell the owners of the company what they really think any time, really.
